VPN Connection Issues

If you are having VPN connection issues and getting errors like the one below from your home or a public WiFI, try editing the Forticlient settings with the following steps.
If you are connected to the VPN, disconnect from it
With the VPN client open, click on the gear to the right of LAFilm School VPN 
Click on Edit the selected connection 
Expand Advanced Settings 
Expand Phase 1 
Uncheck NAT Traversal 
Apply, Close and try to connect.
